Whiskey Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Cacao Nibs, Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Habanero Peppers

This imperial stout is brewed to be big, bold, and strong just like the Mayan sports god. A thick body using oats and lactose is complimented by a blend of real cacao nibs, cinnamon, vanilla, and habanero peppers for a taste that recalls a Mexican chocolate mole. It's then aged inside Whiskey barrels for soothing notes of vanilla and oak.
