We’re happy to announce our next Living Barrel Series release: Whiskey Barrel-Aged Uncle Vucub
This imperial stout is brewed to be big, bold, and strong just like the Mayan sports god. (and may or may not be inspired by our good friends over in Tampa) A rich and roast-y body is complimented by a blend of real cocoa nibs, cinnamon, vanilla, and habanero peppers for a taste that recalls a Mexican chocolate mole. This imperial stout is then aged inside whiskey barrels to accentuate the natural ingredients and adds extra spice with notes of vanilla and oak.
This small batch beer will be available in 22oz bottles exclusively at the tap room on Saturday, March 30th. Stay tuned to our social media channels for more info on the release.
