Buenos dias, amigos: we’re happy to announce the return of Mexican Coffee!
This imperial stout is blended with coffee, cinnamon, and sent out for an extended vacation inside reposado tequila barrels. The result is rich and roasty with a kiss of tequila; just like a classic cafe mexicano.
The inspiration behind Mexican Coffee was to brew a beer much like the classic cafe Mexicano. These Mexican-style coffee elixirs are warm cocktail that combines coffee and cinnamon with a touch of Tequila and usually topped off with sweet cream. The concept stuck and our brewers went to work creating this bold imperial stout.
Mexican Coffee will be available just in time for Cinco De Mayo! Bottles and draft will be released in our taproom on April 29th starting at 11:30am. 22 ounce bottles will go on sale in our tap room for $25 each with limits TBD. Due to the yield, we’ll be releasing bottles primarily in the tap room with an extremely limited distribution to select retailers.
